• 4chan.org
  4chan.org is an English image board website. Launched in 2003 its boards are primarily used for the posting of pictures and discussion of manga and anime. Users generally post anonymously and the site has been linked to Internet subcultures and activism. The site has also been affiliated with child pornography and perversion including webcam abuse.
   
• anonib.com
  An online image board similar to 4chan.org but notoriously known for its affiliation with child pornography, anonib.com for years has been the main source for online sexual predators to upload their videos and trade links of girls recorded showing nudity on webcam.
   
• /b/
  The "random" image board on 4chan.org /b/ has a "no rules" policy, except for bans on certain illegal content, at a time the /b/ imageboard of 4chan.org was infamous for child pornography posting and trading and has gone under investigation.
   
• bate
  A short hand term for masturbate.
   
• blackknight
  Similar to a "whiteknight" or "hero", a "blackknight" refers to a person who tries to deceive girls into thinking they are trying to help them when in reality, once gaining the females trust, they try to get them to show nudity on cam, many times also blackmailing them.
   
• blackmail
  In this context blackmail refers to the method online predators use many times to force underage girls into showing nudity to them online, usually in a more private setting. The blackmailer works by collecting/recording a video of the girl on webcam showing something revealing (or claim to have something recorded) and then tell the victim female she must comply with his demands or he will post the video all over the web, many times threatening to post it on social networking sites where friends and/or family can see.

  A girl who shows nudity on cam usually repeatedly.
   
• cap
  A recorded video of a girl on her webcam usually showing nudity.
   
• capper
  A person who records girls who are on webcam more specifically when they are showing nudity.
   
• cp
  cp stands for child pornography.
   
• epic
  Usually combined as the term "epic-win" it describes a girl doing more stuff on cam then just flashing, usually involving masturbation.
   
• fail
  The term "fail" is used to describe a situation where a girl on cam ends up not show nudity where the objective of getting the girl nude on cam has failed.
   
• fap
  A sound effect for masturbation used often in Japanese comics.
   
• gtfo
  This stands for "Get The Fuck Out", many times seen appearing in chat rooms where guys will tell girls on cam "tits or gtfo".
   
• hero
  A "hero" usually represents a person who spends time online warning girls about the dangers of showing nudity on cam, helping to stop girls from being exploited, "heros" are feared and hated most by perverts and pedophiles online.
   
• hoarding
  Hoarding is the act of keeping the videos of a girl showing nudity on cam away from the public, a person that does this could be called a hoarder.
   
• jailbait
  Jailbait refers to an underage girl who for example a male would want to hook up with, however hooking up with her would be illegal possibly landing him in jail, hence the term "jailbait".

  This is a shorthand term for jailbait.
   
• newfag
  A term used to refer to a newcomer, usually on 4chan.org
  
  
• op
  This is a shorthand term for operator, usually meaning the person who has moderation privileges in a chat room.
   
• pedo
  This is a shorthand term for pedophile.
   
• raid room
  A "raid room" many times also known as a "base" is generally a centralized meeting place where internet predators gather to search for and share links to video chat rooms of underage girls they are targeting next online to coerce into showing nudity on cam. Many times these kinds of activities are seen in temporary chat rooms (usually hosted on tinychat.com) that have been created to lure a girl into, and many times after she has left, the room remains open for the trading of illegal videos and many times the streaming of child pornography.
   
• screen capture software
  This type of software is used to record a specified area of the screen into picture or video format, anything displayed on the screen can be recorded (this includes your webcam video on any website and any video chat program). Screen capture software is readily available on the web and can be downloaded and installed very easily.
   
• target
  A "target" refers to in most cases an underage girl on webcam, you may see examples of this on transcripts and screen shots, as in people saying "where is the next target".
  
  
• tiny
  Sometimes used as a short hand term for tinychat (tinychat.com)
  
  
• troll
  Someone who posts a deliberately annoying or provocative message to a message board or chat room, or streaming lewd videos with the intention of causing disruption and argument.
  
  
• whiteknight
  Being a "whiteknight" is the same as being a "hero", representing a person who spends time online warning girls about the dangers of showing nudity on cam and helping to stop girls from being exploited.
   
• win
  Win refers to getting a girl to show nudity on cam.
